Refund policy

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Payment: Your payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are not included in the pre-order price and will be invoiced separately prior to fulfillment.

Estimated Ship Date: The Ark Lever is currently estimated to ship between December 1, 2026 and January 31, 2027.

Cancellations: Pre-orders are final once placed. Refunds are only issued in two circumstances: (1) if we are unable to produce and ship your Ark Lever, or (2) if our shipping window is significantly missed and you choose to cancel at that time.

Shipping Invoice: Before your order ships, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping costs based on your location ($150–$350 depending on delivery address). You will have 7 days to pay the shipping invoice before your order is released for fulfillment. If the shipping invoice goes unpaid, your order remains open indefinitely — but no refund will be issued solely because the shipping invoice was not paid. You are still owed a product once shipping is settled.

Delays: In the event of a significant delay beyond the estimated ship date, customers will be notified and given the option to cancel for a full refund.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All Sales Final Due to the nature of the Ark Lever as a large fitness equipment item, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at thearklever@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work to make it right.

Geographic Restrictions Pre-orders are available for delivery to the contiguous United States only. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, or international locations are welcome to contact us at thearklever@gmail.com — we'll be in touch once the initial launch is complete.

European Union If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for any reason, provided the item has not yet shipped.
