Shipping Policy

Pre-Order Shipping The Ark Lever is currently available for pre-order with estimated shipping between December 1, 2026 and January 31, 2027. The $975 pre-order price covers the product only — shipping is not included.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs of $150–$350 (depending on your delivery address) will be invoiced separately before fulfillment. You will have 7 days to pay the shipping invoice before your order is released for dispatch.

Unpaid Shipping Invoices If a shipping invoice goes unpaid, your order remains open indefinitely. No refund will be issued solely because a shipping invoice was not paid. You are still owed a product once shipping is settled.

Geographic Restrictions Pre-orders are available for delivery to the contiguous United States only. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, or international locations are welcome to contact us at thearklever@gmail.com — we'll be in touch once the initial launch is complete.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Delays As this is a pre-order product, ship dates are estimates and subject to change. We will notify you via email of any significant changes to the timeline.
