Pre-Order Policy

Payment Your payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are not included in the pre-order price and will be invoiced separately prior to fulfillment.

Estimated Ship Date The Ark Lever is currently estimated to ship in Q4 2026. This date is subject to change. We will notify you via email of any significant changes to the timeline.

Cancellations Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final and no cancellations or refunds will be issued, as production is underway.

Refunds If your order is cancelled within the eligible window, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Invoice Before your order ships, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping costs based on your location. You will have 7 days to pay the shipping invoice before your order is released for fulfillment.

Delays In the event of a significant delay beyond the estimated ship date, customers will be notified and given the option to cancel for a full refund.
